3 Cups of fresh Strawberries
2 Eggs
1-1/4 Cup Sugar
2 Cups of Half & Half
1/4 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 Cup of Whipping Cream

Wash Strawberries - Remove and discard caps.
Puree Berries in Blender of Food Processor
Set aside

In a large bowl beat eggs until thick and lemon colored
Beat in sugar, Half & Half, Vanilla and Whipping Cream
Stir in Blended Strawberries
Pour into Ice Cream Canister
Freeze in Ice Cream maker according to mfg. directions.

Makes 2 Quarts
Double receipt for 4 Quarts Machines
