Pecan Pie

9 in. pie crust
6 oz. pecans, toasted chop
4 Tbs. butter
3 large eggs
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp. salt

Toast Pecans while Warming Oven to 400 Degrees (10 Minutes)
Remove Pecans to Cool

Bake Pie Crust in oven for approximately 10 Minutes

Combine Butter, Eggs, Sugar, Maple Syrup, and Salt - Whisk until Smooth
Chop Pecans and Fold into Filling
Pour mixture into Prebaked Pie Crust and Bake at 275 degrees for approximately 60 Minutes
(Pie is done when you can tap the edge and the outer filling does not move and the inter filling jiggles a little)
Remove when done and allow to cool.
Serve or refrigerate when completely cooled
